Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee all personnel and employee benefits, purchasing, information
technology, and administrative/clerical functions of the organization. The Manager supervises the
accounting staff and reports directly to the Executive Director. Duties include development and
implementation of personnel policies and procedures, administration of employee benefit programs,
management of office supplies and purchasing, ensuring timely payment of vendors, maintenance and
oversight of information technology systems, and oversight of contract requirements and legal support.
