U.S. GHG Regulation Clearinghouse

Through a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), The Registry is partnering with the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute (GHGMI) to develop a web-based clearinghouse of mandatory and voluntary reporting requirements. This tool will help organizations understand the federal, regional and state reporting requirements they may be subject to.

GHGMI is additionally developing an on-line training course on GHG mitigation analysis for facility managers and others interested in GHG policy and management.

New GHG Clearinghouse Development Survey

The Registry is seeking broad feedback to determine what kind of functionality would be most useful in the clearinghouse. This short survey will help shape the structure of this important resource, so please take a moment to tell us what you think.

GHG Clearinghouse Development Survey

Clearinghouse Development Workgroup

You are invited to participate in the development of the tool through membership in the Clearinghouse Development Workgroup. This workgroup will provide input and feedback on the resources under development over a short series of conference calls. A subset of this group will be asked to participate in a beta test of the tool prior to final launch. Beta testing will likely require an additional estimated time commitment of up to 15 hours over a two-week period.

Please contact Peggy Foran at peggy@theclimateregistry.org if you are interested in participating in the workgroup.

GHG Reporting and Mitigation Advisory Committee

Membership is also still open for participation in the GHG Reporting and Mitigation Advisory Committee. Advisory Committee members take part in high-level updates that span both the reporting and mitigation project topic areas. Advisory Committee meetings will continue through early fall 2011.

Please contact Peggy Foran at peggy@theclimateregistry.org if you are interested in participating in the Advisory Committee.
